We provide high-quality lawncare programs for over 9,000 residential and commercial customers including college campuses, athletic facilities, and residential properties. We believe great turf work doesn’t require burning people out. You’ll have weekends off, except for a limited number of Saturdays in the fall and vacation time is encouraged during the summer months when operations are slow. As a Lawn Care Route Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a daily service route and delivering high-quality turf applications while representing Delaware Valley Turf professionally in the field.

Ideal Candidate

This position is well-suited for candidates who are:

· Licensed turf professionals with formal education or significant field experience

· Individuals with golf course or athletic field maintenance backgrounds

· Lawn care or landscaping professionals ready to take on more responsibility

Experience and licensing are valued and compensated accordingly, but attitude, professionalism, and reliability matter just as much.

Key responsibilities:

· Applying lawn treatments accurately and safely

· Managing and servicing an assigned route efficiently

· Communicating professionally with customers when needed

· Maintaining equipment, application records, and service notes

· Upholding company standards for safety, appearance, and customer service

Requirements

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate pesticide licensing (Category 7 preferred in PA, if applicable)

· Familiarity with turf application equipment is strongly preferred

· Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws

· Strong work ethic, good manners, and a professional attitude
