Assistant-in-Training

Looking for an individual with a passion for golf course management to join us at Forest Hills Country Club (fhcclub.com). Forest Hills Country Club is a private 18 hole club established in 1927. The Assistant in Training will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent on all aspects of golf course maintenance. Our goal is to provide the members with the best possible conditions each day. This candidate will gain experience in all aspects of the operation including but not limited to mowing, hand watering, irrigation repair, chemical & fertilizer applications, course setup, aeration, construction and renovation projects. This is a full time position which will average 40-45 hours per week including one weekend day from April through October. This position will have weekends off November through March with reduced hours throughout the week.
