Job Title: Sales Representative – Retail Development (SE Florida)

Position Summary

Organics Management Holdings–Life Soils is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to lead retail development and sales growth of COMAND®, our premium bio-engineered organic soil amendment, throughout Southeast Florida. This role focuses on expanding retail presence, supporting distributor and dealer partners, and driving product adoption within landscaping, lawn care, and agricultural markets.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-focused, and knowledgeable in soils, synthetics, landscaping and turf, with a strong passion for sustainable and high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and grow retail, distributor, and dealer relationships throughout SE Florida

· Identify and secure new retail and commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research

· Promote and sell COMAND® and Life Soils products by clearly communicating benefits, applications, and performance advantages

· Conduct product demonstrations, training, and on-site visits with retail partners and end users

· Prepare and present pricing, sales proposals, and agreements in alignment with company guidelines

· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals

· Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasts

· Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction

· Attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings as needed

· Stay informed on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs

· Represent Life Soils and the COMAND® brand professionally and consistently

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

· Proven sales experience required; background in landscaping, lawn care, agriculture, soil, compost, or related industries strongly preferred

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize accounts

· Comfortable using basic computer applications and CRM systems

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout SE Florida

Physical & Work Requirements

· Ability to travel locally and regionally within SE Florida

· Ability to work outdoors and visit job sites, retail locations, and facilities

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally (product samples, displays, or materials)
