Talbot Country Club is a premier private country club located in the town of Easton and situated on the  beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland.  Established in 1910, TCC is the 4th oldest country club in Maryland. Talbot Country Club is a full-service club featuring a championship 18-hole golf course, a large practice facility, swimming pool, dock, and tennis courts. About The Area:

About The Course:

In addition to the 18 hole championship course, there are also two practice greens, a driving range,  and a large short game practice area featuring a 10,000 sq. ft. putting green. The golf course is currently undergoing a phase work renovation led by golf course architect Joel Wiemann, with much of the work being done in-house. Turf types include, Bermuda rough, fairways, and tees, and Poa/Bent greens. 

About The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong desire to advance within the industry to join our team as a 2nd Assistant Superintendent.  This individual will assist in the daily operation of the golf course maintenance department and assist the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent's with daily course setup and staff supervision.  This position's focus will be on chemical/fertilizer applications, moisture management, crew supervision, and overall turf health. This position will provide the individual with unique experience in all phases of golf course renovation construction including, shaping, irrigation, drainage, and greens/bunker reconstruction. The individual who accepts this position will be provided the opportunity for advancement to Assistant Superintendent in the future. The individual will be expected to be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, organized, excellent with time management, and bring a positive attitude to the course each day.
