Full-time
- Turf & Landscape Management – Mowing, edging, fertilizing, and maintaining pristine course conditions.
- Bunker & Course Setup – Ensuring bunkers are top-notch and the course is ready every day.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance – Handling mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles while keeping them in good condition.
- Pest & Weed Control – Implementing best practices to maintain a healthy, thriving turf.
- Leadership & Management Training – Leading small crews, assisting with projects, and gaining behind-the-scenes operational knowledge.
Educational Requirements
Recent graduate of an accredited turf program, currently enrolled, or planning to enroll.
Experience Requirements
Preferred 1-2 yr working on golf courses or athletic fields but not required
Special Requirements
Demonstrated positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to perform effectively in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
