Golf Course Superintendent
Job Opening: Traveling Golf Course Construction Superintendent
We are looking for a Construction Superintendent who wants to build and renovate some of the top-rated golf courses in the world. This is a traveling role for someone who loves the work and takes pride in winning.
What You’ll Do:
• Travel: Go where the work is. You’ll be on-site at major renovations and new builds across the country and potentially the globe.
• Lead: Manage crews and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule and up to elite standards.
• Solve Problems: Handle the daily challenges of construction—weather, logistics, and site conditions—without missing a beat.
• Build: Oversee everything from shaping and drainage to irrigation and final grassing.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: At least 5 years in golf course construction/renovation
• Skills: You know how to read plans, manage a budget, and lead a team.
• Mindset: You have a "win, win, win" attitude. You aren't happy unless the job is perfect and the client is thrilled.
• Availability: You are fully willing and able to travel for long-term projects.
Why Join Us?
If you want to put your name on the world's best golf courses and work with a team that values hard work and results, this is the place for you.

Experience Requirements
We aren't just looking for a manager; we’re looking for a builder. To thrive in this role, you should bring one of the following to the table:
• The Construction Veteran: You have a deep background in renovation, construction, and irrigation installation. You know how to read a plan, pull a grade, and get pipe in the ground correctly the first time.
• The Long-Tenured Pro: Maybe you’ve been at the same high-end club for 7+ years. You’ve lived through multiple major renovations, overseen countless projects, and you know exactly what a "finished" world-class product looks like.
More importantly, you have to love the process.
We want someone who genuinely loves the project. If you’re the person who gets a rush when the dozers start moving—who loves the smell of fresh dirt and the satisfaction of seeing a massive renovation come together—you’re who we’re looking for. We want someone who doesn't just "do the job" but wants to build something legendary.
