●  Coordinate  equipment  maintenance/repairs,  inventory  of  materials,  and  compliance  with environmental  regulations.

●  Collaborate  closely  with  project  architects,  engineers,  owners,  and  golf  professionals  to deliver  exceptional  playing  conditions  and  aesthetics.

●  Prepare  reports,  track  budgets,  and  ensure  sustainable,  cost-effective  operations. Required  Qualifications  &  Skills:

●  Excellent  leadership  and  team-building  abilities—able  to  recruit,  train,  schedule,  and motivate  crews  in  a  fast-paced  outdoor  environment.

●  Proficiency  with  Microsoft  Office,  irrigation  software,  and  basic  budgeting  tools.

●  Passion  for  golf  and  outdoor  work.
