2nd Assistant Superintendent
We are seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our turf management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional playing conditions.
Position Overview
The 2nd Assistant Superintendent plays a key role in the daily management and conditioning of the golf course. This position requires strong technical knowledge, practical field experience, and the ability to lead and motivate crew members while maintaining the highest standards of turf quality and course presentation.
Educational Requirements
Degree / degree seeking or significant experience to offset formal education
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of spray tech / irrigation tech level of responsibility or higher.
The Country Club of Naples is a paspalum golf course with TiftEagle greens. Paspalum experience a plus.
