Golf Course Superintendent
The Silo Club (formerly Indian Creek Club) is a newly reimagined private golf club in Nevada, Iowa, born from a complete course renovation and restoration project. Guided by a Golden Age design philosophy and championship-caliber standards, The Silo Club is positioned to become one of the premier 9-hole golf experiences.
With the majority of our comprehensive renovation complete, the Club is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Golf Course Superintendent to lead the next chapter, transitioning from construction oversight into long-term agronomic excellence and elite daily conditioning.
The Golf Course Superintendent will be responsible for the overall management and daily operation of the golf course grounds at The Silo Club. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering championship-level playing conditions while maintaining consistency, sustainability, and efficiency.
While the primary renovation is substantially complete, including new greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, irrigation systems, and practice facilities, several finishing components and refinement projects remain. The Superintendent will play an important role in final grow-in maturation, irrigation optimization, bunker refinement, soil management programs, and the continued development of agronomic standards that align with the Club’s long-term vision.
The Silo Club is building more than a golf course — it is establishing a legacy. This is a rare opportunity to step into a nearly completed transformation and shape the agronomic identity of a club positioned to become a regional and national destination.
The successful candidate will play a foundational role in defining daily standards, developing a culture of excellence, and helping deliver one of the most compelling 9-hole golf experiences in the country.
