Turf Specialist/Agronomist

What You’ll Do
- Lead natural turf operations across Eastern Massachusetts
- Oversee new field construction, renovations, and site work
- Manage foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Train team members and ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Operate specialized equipment and apply fertilizers/pesticides
- Handle irrigation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Work both in the field and in the office using Microsoft Office, Teams, BlueBeam, and scheduling tools
Educational Requirements
- B.S. in Turfgrass Science
- CSFM certification

Special Requirements
· CSFM – Certified Sports Field Manager
· A valid driver’s license; CDL B preferred
· Massachusetts Pesticide license – Cat. #37/commercial (other licenses in N.E. a plus)
· Massachusetts Hoisting Engineer License 2a/1C license (other licenses in N.E. a plus)
· DOT Medical Card
