Equipment/Shop Manager
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be adept at diagnosing and repairing various types of golf course maintenance equipment. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Experience Requirements
· Experience as a mechanic or assistant.
· Familiarity with various mechanical systems and tools, including Toro and Jacobson machines.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
