Equipment/Shop Manager
As an Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily repair and maintenance of a fleet of equipment used in the operations. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and meets safety standards. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to coordinate with various departments to address maintenance needs promptly. A keen eye for detail and a curious mind are essential qualities to identify potential issues and proactively address them. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the equipment used in daily operations is well-maintained, minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. This position requires a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and lead by example in maintaining a safe and functional work environment.
Entire fleet of new Toro equipment will be delivered in September of 2026, new fleet of carts delivered in December. 1.5 full-time technicians in the shop to help.

Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years as an Equipment Manager at a high end facility.
Special Requirements
Shop buys all the tools and specialty items. No need to drag your box in.
