Llanerch Country Club, established in 1901, and is a premier private golf course located in Havertown, PA designed by Alexander Findlay. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional golfing experience, with beautifully maintained greens, fairways, and grounds. The club's commitment to excellence extends to its turf management, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Second Assistant to join our team.
Educational Requirements
Anticipated and/or current enrollment in a Turfgrass Management Degree or Certificate program preferred.
Experience Requirements
A background in turfgrass, horticulture or commercial landscaping is preferred
Special Requirements
Passion for turf management, horticulture, or agronomy.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge and operational experience of turf equipment
Basic understanding of the fundamentals of golf course etiquette in a private atmosphere
