As an assistant superintendent I have spent the last 8 years managing premier private courses in the Twin Cities. These years have been effective and valuable in building a strong business, leadership, and agronomic background. My results-driven philosophy guides my golf course management process. I consider my most satisfying accomplishment to be successful and open communication with members and staff. I understand the value of teamwork and pride myself on leadership skills that motivate each individual to do their best work.
