It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application for the position of Golf Course Superintendent. As an assistant superintendent I have spent the last 8 years managing premier private courses in the Twin Cities. These years have been effective and valuable in building a strong business, leadership, and agronomic background. I know my diverse skills and qualifications would make me a tremendous asset to your leadership team. My results-driven philosophy guides my golf course management process. I consider my most satisfying accomplishment to be successful and open communication with members and staff. I understand the value of teamwork and pride myself on leadership skills that motivate each individual to do their best work. Remaining flexible and responsive to the needs of membership, I’m also very focused on details particularly when it comes to presentation.
