I have been a superintendent for 15 years. I am interested in relocation to US or Canada but would take my time deciding the right place and salary for my family. I feel a need for change so I'm speculating in a market of need to see if anything makes sense for myself and possible employer. My profession has been all about cool season grass so I would be looking for a superintendent position in cooler areas. I would consider an assistant position to learn the ropes of a new climate and warm season grass. I work very hard and do everything that needs to be done for the golf course but I am also pro family and life so I look for a good balance between the two.
