No bunkers anywhere on the course.  We overseed fairways and tees in the winter with Perennial Rye.  The superintendent will be responsible for all daily maintenance projects as well as any special projects desired by the ownership. Must be knowledgeable in irrigation systems operations and repairs, have or be able to get a Texas applicator's license, and be willing to lead by example through working daily with the crew in all aspects of golf maintenance. Experience on warm season grass is required- experience with Ultra Dwarf Bermuda is a plus.  Must be knowledgeable in mechanics of all turf equipment.  Woodland Hills is a relaxed environment where you will not be asked to work 60-80 hours/week. Work life balance is a high priority for us. We have little turnover in our full time positions due to the work environment and attitude of the entire staff.
