About The Country Club of Harrisburg The Country Club of Harrisburg was founded in 1896 and has been serving the Greater Harrisburg area ever since. Position Summary The Assistant Superintendent will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and will assist them with the everyday maintenance of the club grounds and the golf course. This position will help supervise a maintenance staff of 10-16 employees and will also be responsible for performing skilled maintenance tasks as directed by the Superintendent. The CCH grounds staff takes pride in our level of work-life balance, and fully appreciates the level of commitment from the staff members. The candidate chosen can expect to work between 40-55 hours a week during peak season with the off season being usually no more than 40 hours per week.
