In total the property is just shy of 200 Acres and includes a 14 Acre range with a heated indoor practice facility. Keith Foster lead the course renovation in 2020 which included regrassing of all surfaces except greens. Bunkers were renovated using the Better Billy Bunker system and natural areas have been established as well. XGD drainage system was installed on greens in 2022 along with over 16,000 lineal feet of drainage installed in fairways and approaches.   The Equipment Technician reports to the Golf Course Superintendent and oversees a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all golf course equipment and assets. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining records of parts and labor, and managing orders for parts and supplies. The Equipment Manager will communicate equipment maintenance and repair needs to the Superintendent and Senior Assistant, and schedule and direct the work to be completed. Safety is a top priority, and the Equipment Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized maintenance facility. The club is actively updating the equipment fleet through capital leases and is looking to continue to improve the entire maintenance operation year over year.
