Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club is seeking an experienced Golf Course Assistant Mechanic to join our Golf Course maintenance team. The Assistant Equipment Technician supports the Equipment Manager and golf course maintenance team by assisting with the repair, service, and upkeep of turf equipment, utility vehicles, and small engines. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE  Essential Duties: Assist in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, utility carts, tractors, and small engines.         Overhauls and repairs maintenance vehicles, mowing equipment and other power equipment.  Perform routine preventative maintenance such as oil changes, blade sharpening, lubrication, and filter replacements Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment status to supervisors.  Assists in controlling tool access and use by maintenance staff.  Ensure tools, equipment, and shop areas are kept clean, organized, and safe. Adjusts cutting units on mowing equipment. May be called upon to operate or train to operate various types of maintenance equipment.  Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies. Regular and reliable attendance.  Support the Equipment Manager and perform additional tasks as needed.
