Develop a replacement parts program for golf maintenance, proactively timing purchases with forethought of potential processing and/or delivery delays to ensure uninterrupted daily maintenance and reduced equipment down time. Maintain sound records for equipment and parts inventory, purchases, fuel/lubricant usage, equipment conditions, and cost of repairs for all equipment. Responsible for the security of parts, equipment, and tools stored in the repair shop. The Assistant Equipment Manager will ensure departmental compliance with OSHA and be the Safety Officer for the golf course department. Work directly with the Equipment Director to develop Capital Equipment purchases, leasing options and Operational Budgets.
