Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Account Manager to oversee the maintenance and enhancements of high-end residential landscapes, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our clients. Candidates should have expertise in horticulture, landscape maintenance techniques, client relationship management (CRM), and knowledge of industry standards, with at least 3 years of experience. The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients and is responsible for ensuring their satisfaction while driving the growth and profitability of the accounts. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-end lawn maintenance clients Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and timely response to inquiries Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of properties and identify any maintenance, irrigation, or pest management needs or concerns Proactively address potential maintenance issues and inform upper management and ownership of said issues.
