The Lawncare Manager schedules and directs personnel to carry out various lawncare related activities for a variety of commercial and residential clients. The Manager will handle preparing estimates and meet with clients to service their needs. The Manager will oversee various crews in providing day-to-day lawncare needs. Other Duties Include: Manage all lawncare related services to include coordination of labor, equipment and material to perform related tasks Perform hands-on work as needed Inspect properties and job sites prior to and during work to ensure proper completion Work with company ownership to identify staffing needs and cost saving measures Ensure all daily paperwork and logs are kept Prepare and manage employee time records to be turned into payroll department Order materials as needed and monitor costs associated with Assist in training of support crews on proper techniques and operational use of machinery Maintain implementation of Y&E Landscaping, Inc.'s safety policy and procedures Communication with clients to deliver the best services possible
