The property includes a full-service clubhouse with banquet space, driving range and putting green. The property was seriously damaged by the hurricane and has been closed since October 2024. A new golf course maintenance building is currently being constructed as the old building was demolished after Hurricane Helene.  The course will be reimagined/redesigned and rebuilt with construction beginning April 1, 2025.  The owner is also adding a 152-room upscale Four Diamond Hotel & Conference Center, part of Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, to the property.   The Equipment/Shop Manager will maintain and repair all equipment associated with golf course maintenance department while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
