ROBOTICS MANAGER – HUSQVARNA ROBOTICS SynaTek Solutions Location: Indianapolis, IN (regional travel required) Company Overview SynaTek Solutions is a customer-centric, innovation-driven company serving the golf, landscape, and sports turf industries. As we expand our footprint across Michigan, the Ohio Valley, Pennsylvania, and surrounding regions, we are introducing Husqvarna Robotics, the industry leader in robotic mowing technology. We are seeking a driven, technically capable Robotics Manager to lead sales, installation, service, and customer adoption of Husqvarna robotic mowing solutions. Position Summary The Robotics Manager plays a critical role in selling, deploying, and supporting Husqvarna robotic mowers across assigned territories. This role blends technical expertise, customer relationship management, and field execution, with the flexibility to work from home when not traveling to customer sites. You will report to the Sales and Technical Team Leaders and work closely with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience from demo through long-term service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Serve as a product expert for the Husqvarna Robotic product line Conduct product demonstrations and site assessments Generate quotes and manage sales orders Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs Maintain consistent communication from install through ongoing service Technical Execution Perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance Ensure systems are operating to Husqvarna standards and customer expectations Troubleshoot technical issues in the field with precision and efficiency Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Deliver a high-touch, consultative customer experience Act as a trusted advisor for robotic mowing solutions Coordination & Collaboration Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution Provide timely updates and documentation on projects and customer needs Marketing & Industry Presence Represent SynaTek Solutions at industry events, conferences, and demo days Support local and regional demonstrations to drive adoption and awareness Training & Development Stay current on Husqvarna product updates and industry trends Participate in ongoing technical and professional training Preferred Qualifications Experience Background in golf course maintenance or sales within the turf, landscape, or golf industries Experience with robotic technology or strong interest in learning advanced robotics systems Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Comfortable learning new software and technical systems Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail What We’re Looking For Self-Starter: Takes initiative and manages priorities without micromanagement Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and solving real-world challenges Team Player: Collaborative mindset internally and externally Technically Curious: Genuine interest in robotics and innovation in the green industry Highly Organized: Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Compensation Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Performance-Based Incentives Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays) Paid maternity and paternity leave Company vehicle allowance Company-provided cell phone Tools provided How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter outlining their experience and interest in the role.
