Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Southwest U.S. territory (covering states such as CA, AZ, NM, CO, TX, etc.). This role will focus on building and managing a network of distributor partners to drive sales of ThatchZyme and future turfgrass products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the turfgrass, agriculture, or related industries, and has strong relationships in the golf, commercial landscaping, or sports field sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard distributor partners across the Southwest U.S. who service the golf market, commercial landscape operators, and/or sports field managers. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for ThatchZyme and future product lines. Build strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners, providing training, product knowledge, and ongoing support to ensure their success. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor offerings and promotional materials to the needs of the Southwest turfgrass market. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and stay ahead of industry trends. Represent ZymeCO/Colorado Biofactory at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand awareness and network with key stakeholders. Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and distributor feedback using CRM tools. Travel within the Southwest region as needed to meet with distributors and end customers (approximately 30-50% travel).
