Sands Point Golf Club is a hidden links style gem located on the north shore of Long Island in Nassau County. Designed by A.W. Tillinghast in 1927 with recent and future renovations by Keith Foster. The expectation level of membership is to continue raising the bar every year agronomically and architecturally. Starting September 9th, the course will begin a full bunker restoration along with tee and green expansions as we execute our Tillinghast Legacy Guide. This fall will expose interns to course design, construction process and budget tracking, and in-house irrigation while still maintaining the course at an elite level.
With a successful internship, this position can lead into a full time assistant role at SPGC in 2026.
