Tamarack managed by Troon Golf is a 36-hole daily fee facility located in East Brunswick, NJ. Tamarack is in the process of a complete golf course renovation project which started in November 2021. The East Course renovation has been completed which included a significant amount of tree clearing, a new irrigation system (HDPE, Rain Bird), drainage work, a complete bunker renovation, new green surfaces, and new green surrounds. The golf course reopened in late October 2022. Currently the West course is in the beginning stages of its renovation work. The West course will also have a new irrigation system installed, drainage added, new greens, complete bunker renovation and new greens surrounds. The major stages of this project are set to begin in April 2023. The West course will be closed throughout the project with a scheduled reopening in late Fall 2024. The clubhouse, driving range and entrance road are to be addressed as the 3rd phase of the renovation, which will top 30 million dollars at completion.
