Experience, Skills, Abilities, Knowledge and Education: ·      Experience leading, developing, training, overseeing, managing, coaching, motivating, and assisting a golf course team. ·      A BS, Associate’s Degree, or Certificate in turf grass management, or equivalent experience. ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. ·      Understanding of pest control products and their applications. ·      Understanding of turf chemicals and fertilizer products, as well as their applications. ·      Knowledge of irrigation utilization, drainage installation, repair, and maintenance. ·      Understanding of the game of golf and the impact of agronomic decisions on course playability. ·      A current state license for pesticide applications, or the ability to acquire a license.
