French Creek Golf Club is a private 18-hole golf course designed by Gil Hanse that opened for play in 2003. The course sits on 230 scenic acres in Chester County, about an hour west of Philadelphia. The club hosts around 20,000 rounds per year providing a relaxed atmosphere for it's members and their guests. Ownership is in the preliminary phase of executing a master plan with Gil Hanse and his team. The plan will include bunker and tee renovations and potential alterations to some greens and fairways. The Assistant-in-training will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant superintendents in planning and executing all daily tasks and monitoring of course conditions. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, course set-up, crew management, plant protectant sprays, water management, weed control and native area management, and irrigation troubleshooting and repair. The successful candidate will be a hard-working, detail-oriented individual that can adapt to unexpected challenges. https://www.instagram.com/frenchcreekagronomy/
